TB8 Comparison of Centralized vs. De-centralized Control strategies

In this task ICCS/NTUA will provide a comparison between the Centralized and de-centralized control strategies. This comparison will concern the following:

• economical solution
• grid security
• economical implementation (what is the cheapest to implement?)
• complexity (How easy is to implement, install and operate the two systems?)
